Brand new battery and charger.
In overall good shape and has scratches, etc… consistent with use (see photos for condition)
Everything works as it should EXCEPT no sound comes out of the speaker (sound does work normally when headphones are plugged in).
There’s also a spot on the LCD screen which I only noticed when the background was black (see photo 3 above the “mon” in Pokemon)
Comes with 2 faceplates - the one installed is 3rd party and bulges a bit in the middle. Can still press the buttons but it’s noticeable. It came with an adhesive - assuming to keep it down - but it does not stay down.
The other is OEM but has broken clips (see last photo).
