Majestic design, the ruffles and pleats make for a luxurious neckline and bell sleeves of a queen. Ruffles hold up their shape in place during wear (this peace has only been tried on). This is not a thrifted item --purchased during travels. Mashiah Arrive is the couture label of German-Israeli designer Merch Mashiah. Clients include film stars, queens and presidential wives. I was M when purchased but you should go by actual measurements: Laying flat approx 17" shoulder to shoulder, 15" pit to pit, 20" length but the pleats stretch.
