This is a discontinued drafting mechanical pencil from OHTO.
This product is the PROMECHA 1000/0.3 (OP-1003).

OHTO is an established writing instrument manufacturer with a long history of technology and achievements, having developed rollerball pens (water-based ballpoint pens) in the past.
Regarding drafting mechanical pencils, they produced products with gimmicks that stimulated the desire to own them, but most of them have now been discontinued.
This model features a mechanism for extending the pen tip and a non-slip rubber grip.
The pen tip is 0.3mm.

This is one of the pencils I collected when I was a student of architecture, and it is unused. It has been carefully stored, so there are almost no scratches on the body, and the rubber grip, which is a feature of this product, is also free of scratches and stickiness due to aging.
The eraser is also unused.
The pen tip extends when you twist the grip, a mechanism that prevents the pen tip from breaking, a weakness of drafting mechanical pencils.
The metal shaft provides high durability and a luxurious feel.
