Cheek gear case periodically after use. Flush out seasonally and refill with 2-1/4 lbs. of good pressure gun grease.
Right reel head bearing grease once a year by removing hub cap and pipe plug. Insert grease fitting and grease well. Remove fitting and replace pipe plug and hub cap.
Cable guide pulleys and clutch throw out handle should be oiled periodically
