Original Sears Roebuck Order Blank 1950s. It's actually dated 1957 it's used in very good condition. I didn't mark through it with a pin that's just on the poc so whoever gets it will have the name and everything like it was filled out back in November 6th 1957. I just didn't want to have the name out there for everyone to see it. It says it was fir a baton outfit got the item number and everything. This is from somewhere close to where I live so I know it's not a fake if anyone even fakes these I have no idea this is first one I've seen in a long time thats this old. Things we r e so much simpler back then u can tell when u look at this n read it. Some of these are high I seen online I'm going price it right in the middle feel free to make me an offer
