The OTW 13CF boasts a smooth surface, a crack-free design with low friction properties. It's equipped with a design that balances casing-friendly performance and tool wear minimization, making it a cost leader. The OTW 13CF offers superior casing wear resistance compared to recognized anti-crack wires. This is achieved through a slag-free deposit that precipitates a dense dispersion of heavy, primary niobium and complex CrMo carbide phases, finely distributed in a residual/austenitic/martensitic matrix. It exhibits strong resistance to high-pressure abrasion and erosion, even when combined with strong impact or pressure, in both open hole and cased hole environments. The OTW 13CF is suitable for intermediate to advanced hardbanding operations.
