Japanese Black Star Promo - Pikachu Mass Outbreak 070/XY-P. MP/HP as card has microdenting on front middle and two small creases front right middle. Back has slight whitening. Overall good condition, denting visible from certain angles only.
One of the most rare promos out there hands down! Three versions were released with the Pikachu Outbreak! at Yokohama Minatomirai event (August 9-17, 2014) featuring 1,000 Pikachu in the Minato Mirai 21 business district of Yokohama with Pikachu-themed events. The cards were distributed at random at seven locations (Sakuragichō Station, Minatomirai Station, Yokohama Landmark Tower, MARK IS Minatomirai, Yokohama Cosmo World, & Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse). All prints feature a logo of the event with artwork by Kouki Saitou, each depicting landmarks from the district.
