These are for sale in China only right now and idk if authentic since sold out in usa
There is one setting it will shut off but other setting is fine. May just need dusted or filter cleaned if one. The fan tilts a bit but still can rotate back n forth. May just need screwed. No remote and the fans could use a dusting. This is able to be used but you gotta tinker with settings since glitches on certain one it works great n not loud
