I cannot confirm whether the instruction manual and batch of items are for this particular fountain pen (as I have many Parkers).
It is unknown whether it can write, as the ink is empty.
There are no markings on the gold metal section in the middle, and also markings.
The nib has "18k 750 parker" engraved on the front.
The nib has an "x" engraved on the back.
There is some dullness and scratches on the metal parts, but I am selling it as is without polishing, as I don't want to cause any further damage.
I received this from a relative over 10 years ago, so I don't know the details very well.
