These are the military version of the Patagonia Mixmaster pants.

The MixMaster is windproof with a moisture shedding outer shell that is bonded to insulation. It has a locking snap at waist and ankles; a two-way zip fly; light, soft, perforated hook-and-loop waist closures; easy-gliding, low-bulk ventilating zippers from waist to upper thigh, and gripper elastic cuffs with loops for a gaiter cord. The trim, nonrestrictive fit allows for underlayers. Zippered map pocket on right thigh won't interfere with a harness for mountaineering.
There are no better cold weather pants than these.
These are brand new, never worn, but do not have the tags. They were military surplus, never used.
