Found in rafters of a barn in Durham NH. Upon close inspection it was a ledger with almost exclusively Dr's as customers. The few not Doctors directly were Town of Madbury (NH), Town of Lee ( NH) and also Town of Dover (NH). While doing research, I came across the one advertised in picture four above. It's almost identical and from New Hampshire in the same timeframe. The gentleman selling that book is credentialed while I'm a layman but it's plain to see the connection. Additionally the middle of the book has loose paper to write bills on.
