This is one promo card of the Pokémon Card Game Pippi chr (*^^*)

It has been carefully stored in a double sleeve and loader.
There are three areas of concern: ① a scuff on the bottom right of the back (see photo 11), ② a tiny chip on the bottom left corner of the back (see photo 12), and ③ a small lift near the center of the top of the front (see photo 13). Other than that, in my amateur opinion, the centering is good and there are no major scratches or white spots, but to prevent any issues, please consider this card as for play.
Even if a Pokémon card is in excellent condition, I generally set it to "slightly scratched or dirty."
There may also be initial scratches, so please judge from the photos, and if you are looking for a perfect condition card, please refrain from purchasing (>_<)

To prevent any swapping, returns are not accepted after purchase.
