The Guy Game is a trivia-based competition that features elements of familiar tabletop games and television quiz shows. It also features several young, attractive, and barely clothed women, and is intended exclusively for adult players. Offering a variety of game show-like challenges, The Guy Game is designed to be playable by a group, broken into teams. The main game requires players to answer fast-paced quiz questions in a variety of topics. Most segments also require players to "get to know" the women on screen, and wager on how well they will answer questions or perform physical challenges, such as jumping rope or hula-hooping. A variation of the popular, rank-driven card game "President" (usually played as a drinking game) is also integrated into The Guy Game. As players are successful in different segments, a three-tiered meter fills, and censorship bars and pixilation are eventually removed to reveal clear, live-action displays of the topless women.
