FireRed is missing its label and has cracking on both sides. It still fits into the device without any problems. Just needs some extra attention to avoid additional damage.
Gameboy has some pretty severe scratching and other defects. It's a lot but luckily with the dark blue finish it doesn't show as much as it would on a lighter color. Most of the damage is to the outside. Inside is much better conndition.
