This is a real dry-preserved octopus tentacle mounted into an ornate gold vintage frame with a iridescent turquoise background.
Frame is roughly 6x7 inches.

PRESERVATION PROCESS AND CARE: The specimen was professionally preserved, it has been completely dried out, with all moisture removed. It was then coated in a gloss sealant so that it still appears to be “fresh”. The mixture of the pre-treatment, drying process, and the final gloss coating of these specimens leaves them in a very sturdy final state. They are durable, touchable and easy to clean.
For best results please display these items in rooms that don't have excessive moisture; specifically we DO NOT recommend these items for bathroom decor or anywhere near sources of concentrated humidity. Additionally it is best to avoid moisture when cleaning just as a precaution, dust with a dry cloth or feather duster.
