Very beautiful custom made dress, waist was brought in. Size 2. Isn’t scratchy at all. Only worn once. This was my senior prom dress. Royal blue. Brand is portia and scarlett. Train is very long. Loved this dress so much the dress was exactly 1000 when bought. The store I bought this at was VIP Fashion in Franklin mills mall. They also have it at XO Formal in Oxford Valley mall.
