It removes, with ease, the most stubborn spots and stains from carpets. Unit is equipped with two nylon scrub brushes, full assortment of cleaning attachments and cleaning solutions, including twin microfiber pads for hard floors, two wide-area carpet cleaning bonnets, and four felt pads for wood floors. Return Policy We offer a 14 day return policy from checkout date. An RMA number is required for all returns. Message us for return instructions. Items returned without a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will not be processed. You must return item(s) in a new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. We inspect all returned items and award a partial refund for opened or used products. If the return is the result of our error or defective product, we will furnish a full refund. Items defective upon receipt must be packaged in their retail packaging as if new and returned with a detailed description of the problem. Return shipping fees are not refundable.
