• 3-Stage PB-2 Black Filter - First stage, Activated Carbon filters chlorine and improve the odor and taste of the water. Second stage, Silver Ion eliminates various tiny matters. • 5-Stage FL-2 Fluoride Filter - The Fluoride filter elements adopt a composite filter technology, can reduce most contaminants. It uses a fluoride reduction membrane, an activated carbon block, and three sediment PP membranes to intercept fluoride and chlorine, etc. This fluoride filter element has also passed authoritative NSF/ANSI 372 certification.
• Food-grade Materials & Scientific Structure - Food-grade materials and the separated five-layer structure ensure that the fluoride filter element will not add extra impurities into the water while filtering fluoride. The BPA-free housing material also ensures that the fluoride filter element will not add any bad chemicals to the water when being soaked.
• Long Lifespan - Purewell PB-2 black filter elements can provide up to 6000 gallons drinking water, while FL-2 fluoride filter elements can provide 1000 gallons drinking water (According to different water quality, the lifespan of the filter element would be a little different). But for optimum performance, both filter elements should be replaced every 6 months.
• Note - These filter elements DO NOT lower TDS value. The filter elements need to be primed before use.
