This is the original oculus quest 2, it comes with a kiwi design head strap, face gasket, a charger, and 2 controllers (left and right), things not listed such as a charging block is not included. The left controller has a lot of stick drift but hopefully that should be an easy fix for you, but the right controller works perfectly, there is sign of wear and tear on the left controller such as paint, other than that it worked perfectly fine for me.
