The modern Memphis style metal and glass vintage table lamp was designed by Robert Sonneman 1987 and produced by George Kovacs, USA.
Vintage Postmodern Robert Sonneman for George Kovacs Bankers Lamp
A well-known vintage Memphis Milano-style desk lamp from the 1980s, this piece features chromed columns and jet black matte accents with a segmented oblong glass shade anchored by black metal mesh.
!!!!Its design is of course reminiscent of Ettore Sottsass's famous 'Pausiana' lamp.!!!!!
Furthermore the Memphis style table lamp was made of brass, chrome, black lacquered metal and glass. Also the table lamp shows an on/off switch.
The vintage condition is very good with some signs of age.
