Extra large Volupte vintage compact. From from the 1950’’s, is brushed brass with 4 compartments inside. One still has pressed power, 2 are open compartments, 1 spring loaded plastic cover. Can be used for makeup, jewelry or both. The latch and insert spring compartments function perfectly. Mirror is also in perfect condition. Some photos have a grey appearance and that is just the reflection. Measures 6 1/8” x 4 3/4” x 1/3”. It’s in excellent condition for its age, with very minor scratches on the top and where the front latch is. The same item in average condition is selling for over $150. Jewelry shown is not included. Hallmarked, Volupte, USA. Would make a fabulous gift or a great addition for the collector.
