R&F’s Encaustics are milled with the time-honored methods of paintmaking. We use 100% pure pharmaceutical grade (USP) beeswax, Singapore-grade damar resin and heavy pigment load. All of this results in highest-quality artist paints on the market. R&F’s ready-to-use cakes are now available for artists in 93 colors and three sizes (40ml, 104ml and 333ml cakes) allowing customers to build a wider palette at an economical price.
