Vintage Gorgeous Pink Gold Fleck Murano Art Glass Parrot- Cockatoo Bird, Italy. A vintage Murano glass sculptural cockatoo parrot. With gold inclusions, rendered through'Sommerso' technique, perched on transparent curved base, by Archimede Seguso. With the long tail and clear glass crest, it may be a parrot. This gorgeous hand blown glass figurine is a ruby pink color with gold aventurine throughout the pink. The crest, wings and base is clear glass. The beak and eyes are black glass. Very nice color in Sommerso style with applied black beak and eyes.
Crown and wings are clear. Perching On crystal clear thick glass. Measures approximately 15 inches in height.
Made in Murano Island. Has Certificate of Authenticity.
