— Also remember I use lighting that is in my house I use pictures from my iPhone. I have natural light that I have that comes through my windows. I do not take pictures of the rug in a studio. I will usually have a picture of the actual rug and then one off of the website to see the rug. I will not take returns because of the coloring if you like to ask questions about the coloring I can help as well.
— Remember that carpets sometimes have a scent when they are brand new. Jute is a natural material it’s a rope, sisal is also a natural material pottery barn uses a chemical on the backside that makes it stain resistant. The new carpet scent is normal all you do is use baking soda for the first couple times vacuuming.
