In used condition. Phone works just fine and is fully paid off on T-Mobile. It has its little scuffs from being used but the screen is mostly good other than a few small surface scratches on the screen from regular use. Only REAL issue with it is the screen is lifting up at the top right corner as seen in photos but touch display works 100% fine. I used it like that for the longest time and it does not affect functions of the phone at all or the screen in any way while touching or viewing. Would be a perfectly fine backup phone for someone who could put a case on it or just fix the screen.
