Samsung galaxy s22 ultra. Had battery replaced and screen still would sometimes not respond. System UI also sometimes does not respond. No charger. May or may not have the box. Will ship the box if I can locate it. Ended up just getting a different phone. Didn't have time to get it fixed again. May still fully function but I can't confirm. Definitely can be used for parts.
Has a few scratches on the side. Always had a screen protector and case.
It does have a glass screen protector on and can ship with the case as well.
