**But you cannot quickset the day and date
Instead--**
You need to advance the hands 24 hours repeatedly until the correct date appears then
You roll back the hands to about 11:25pm and back across midnight to 12:15 this will roll the day back one day each time (without changing the date)- repeat until the correct day appears
The process is simple and doesn't take long and only necessary in the months following the months with 30 days or less.
