What are the affirmation cards and how do they work?
There are several ways to use affirmation cards.
One way is to pull a card each morning. I like to journal for 10 minutes after.
Pull a card when you feel like you in a funk for inspiration.
Use them as decor. I like to set mine on my nightstand. I know people who put them on the desks at work or in classrooms.
Give them away. I give these in my sessions every now and then. I also give everyone an affirmation card at my events, and I let them keep that card. The deck doesn’t need to stay all together.
