In Greek mythology, Selene is the goddess of the moon and drives her moon chariot across the heavens. The original design for this collection incorporated hammered Sterling half moons suspended from forged brass bails with silver heishi beads... This little variation now features one of the new SMALL SILVER SUNBURSTS in place of the moon! So the artist calls these variations "Serenes". Great everyday earrings!
