This exquisite map was given to me by my tutor in 1949...so it is most likely a first edition original.
I had it framed, and it has adorned my wall for over 70 years.
A mid-twentieth-century pictorial map of Stratford-upon-Avon, the birthplace of William Shakespeare. The map contains numerous vignettes with beautifully illustrated scenes from Shakespeare’s plays. The map, designed and drawn by Kerry Lee, is richly adorned with places of interest and events related to the Great Bard’s life.
