**■ Storage Environment**
* Stored in a dark environment, free of aromatherapy, pets, and smokers.
* However, for items purchased used, the previous usage conditions are unknown. If there are strong odors, they will be explicitly stated in the product description. (Subjective)

**■ Shipping**
* Cleaning is performed before shipping. (Subjective)
* Shipped in a bubble wrap bag + envelope.
* Shipped on the same day whenever possible.
* Greeting messages are not necessary, but we will respond if received.

**■ Price Reduction**
* We are generally unable to offer price reductions on single items. We appreciate your understanding.
* If you ask for a price reduction and also ask questions, we may not answer the questions.
* Please refrain from requesting a price reduction after asking questions.

**■ Combined Shipping/Re-listing**
* Combined shipping and re-listing are possible. For combined shipping, the shipping method will be changed to Yamato Transport, and a discount of 200 yen will be applied for each item from the second item onwards.
* For an additional 50 yen per item, you can change to Nekopos. We usually ship from a convenience store, but we can take it to the sales office on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Please contact us in advance if you are in a hurry.

**■ Condition of Used Software**
* Unless otherwise stated, the operation has been confirmed. Please assume that serial codes, such as those found on gold points or included flyers, have already been used.
* Unless otherwise stated, please consider the product to be a general used item. There may be scratches or dents due to aging. If there are any noticeable scratches, they will be shown in the photos. (Subjective)
* Due to amateur inspection, there may be oversights.
* Even if the item is unused, it has been handled by someone, so there may be some scratches on the exterior. As mentioned above, please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about the condition of the product.

**■ Usage History**
* Unless otherwise stated, please consider the product to be a "general used item" with unknown past usage conditions and number of owners.
* "One-owner items" that were purchased as "new/unused" from a retail store or a flea market site and used by us for the first time will be clearly stated.
