Memoir from the late culinary and travel icon. With many photographs and illustrations. Jacket now protected in new (removable) archival sleeve but with rubbing/scuffing to faces and shelf wear around the edges. Liquid damage causing staining to interior side of dj. Boards straight and clean but with corners bumped. Liquid damage also causing staining to bottom outer edge of text block and faint waviness to top outer edge. Binding is firm and spine is straight.
