There are a couple of small stains on the bottom front cover and mild stains on the back, otherwise the cover is in excellent condition.
The opening page is signed by Lois M. Rodden.
There is something that has been crossed out in sharpie at the top of the page.
There is also light yellow highlighting (crayon) on the first 2 "Premise" pages (pictured).
There is also 1 sentence underlined in pen on page 4. The rest of the pages are all free of markings, crisp and free of folds or creases.
