You get the Camcorder itself in perfect working order. The case and a new battery charger. (Purchased for testing) You also get tapes and a battery added as a FREE bonus. Not included in the price, just added free as a gift. Added as a bonus because some of the tapes have recording and some are new. Battery works and charges but added free as i didnt just buy it so I'm not sure how long it will stay charged etc. No anticipated issues, but for full transparency it is added free.
This was in my family, it wasn't purchased elsewhere. My aunt did smoke in the past. It smelled like smoke (carrying case) i have sprayed it with lysol. I am allergic to smoke and I can handle it now, no issues
