Purchased new in 2002 (¥34,800), this is a SONY recording MD Walkman.
Everything in the first photo is included.
I hadn't used it for a long time, but when I turned it on, amazingly, it could both record and play! Incredible Made in Japan!
I confirmed recording, playback, fast forward, etc., but I haven't checked all functions. The rechargeable battery also works.
