This product is a set of the Sega Saturn game software and the strategy guide:

This is a two-item set.
The Sega Saturn software comes with the obi (sleeve) and instruction manual.
The game disc and obi have no noticeable scratches or stains and are clean.
Regarding the instruction manual, it's difficult to see in the photos, but the first half of the pages (from the cover to page 6) have water damage marks. However, there are no tears or sticking of the pages, and it can be read without any problems (images 11-19).
The disc case has some scratches due to aging, but it is generally clean.
The strategy guide has some scratches on the book cover due to aging, but the contents of the book are clean. There are no tears or writing on the pages. It supports both the Sega Saturn and PlayStation versions.
