This cute bear was made in Austria. He still has his ear badge and tag as well as his chest tag. The chest tag, slightly bent, has the previous owner’s name written on the back (I digitally blacked out the last name). As you can see he’s in beautiful condition and very clean. His head turns and his jointed arms move, but he has no sound. The yellow tag and red ribbon do indicate minor shelf wear with the slight fraying. I believe he was made around 1990; I’m marking him as “new” since he has his tags.
Just look at that sweet face! I honestly think his particular pattern is the cutest style I’ve ever seen from Steiff.
He’s about 11” standing, and he easily fits in the palm of your hand when he sits. Such a beautiful display piece to treasure for years to come; he needs a good home; will you be the one to adopt him?
