This is a dress I got from LuLu's for a vacay. I didn't end up wearing it. I did cut the sleeves which I used as pony tail holders for my mannequin in the pic. That did not damage the dress. Those will come with it. The dress has a cutout at the waist. Very light material and comfortable.
