This is a sample/prototype Wing Cap Mario in a size that was never released. I am supposing that Giftco. could have been the manufacturer that BD&A chose to make this sample which would have then, theoretically, be distributed across the United States and Europe by BD&A. I am 100% sure this is officially licensed and a true, vintage rarity that you will not be able to find again. Only two other examples are documented to exist.
