Launched in 1999, the 50 State Program was a 10-year initiative that honored each of the 50 States. Five new quarters were issued each year in the order that the state ratified the Constitution, or was admitted into the Union. These complete Collection booklets are UNUSED and without damage from stored coins. The item is sold as is and as described herein.
