Found in my grandma's stuff. I didn't realize it at first, but the vacuum has never been out of the box. Because the cord still had hot glue or some material holding it in place. It's still in its Original packing. I did plug it in and it turns on. I didn't suck up anything. I didn't see the cord in the box. The flexible cord is for reaching over head or difficult places according to the box. So that piece is missing. See photos of what is included.
