Description : Utilisé traditionnellement en phytothérapie pour induire la sudation, pour aider à soulager les symptômes du rhume et de la grippe (tels que la fièvre, la toux, le mal de gorge et l’excès de mucus des voies respiratoires supérieures), pour aider à soulager la congestion et l’écoulement nasal associés à la sinusite, le rhume des foins/la rhinite allergique. Ingrédient : 1g fleur séchée de sambucus nigra (sureau noir). Mode d’emploi : 1 à 2 cuillères à thé, 3 à 4 fois par jour, en infusion. Infuser dans 1 tasse d’eau bouillante pendant 10 minutes, filtrer.
