It's previously owned and used and in very good pre-owned condition with an extremely tiny stain under one of the arms and a small defect on the back by the hem. Tailors can fix the defect by doing embroidery which is very minimal and easy. It is a very nice and high quality shirt. You can feel the fabric being very soft and has a pure feeling. Please see the pictures. Please note that this item isn't brand new and doesn't have tags. It's good to get it cleaned properly before you wear. It'll be kept in a plastic bag to prevent smell and dust.
