Firefighter, respirator mask on one side skull on the edge and clockwork cogs on the other side. It's not the best condition but I'm pretty sure that Zippo can fix it It's missing one of the cogs It seems like and the hinge is loose other than that it's some pretty decent condition for an older lighter.
This is a very rare Japanese Zippo and highly collectable even in the current condition because Zippo fixes their lighters forever! These are so rare that there aren't any exactly like it online it might be a completely custom job. Selling on EBay in good condition fot 250 to 500 bucks! S total steal at 180
