I AM SIZE 12 On my bottoms and this fits WIDE but I think this would fit size 8-10 just as nicely as it is not tight on me This would fit petite girlies the most, I am 5’4 and I’d say 5’5 and under would fit these great they fit wide and the waist is lowish there are some stains but not that noticeable in daily light, I haven’t done anything special to rid of them so not sure if you can remove them when using special products
