This Nintendo switch is from a smoke free home, no issues other than the left joycon will not stay in place. It is a joycon issue, not a console issue. I’ve tested it with other joycons and there is no problem with them staying in place.
This was a very loved and used switch. Does not come with charger or anything else. Just as is. Joycons do not drift (tested) The console will be shipped fully charged. I cannot guarantee it will arrive with a 100% charged battery though, as they do lose charge overtime when you aren’t using them.
