This item was bought this year for $ 100 new used refurbished recently. Has to be on more than 1 battery system designed for multiple batteries. I tried it with 100 amp hours it drains in two days . You must account for the inverter power operation power or have a shut off for the inverter when not in use which is included on unit already $60, no lower! Please take in to account the continuous amps when estimating watts to supply power to the unit bigger units require more amps to run.
