VICI Bright Blue Flowy Ruffled Maxi Dress - Medium. NWOT - new condition with tags removed, never worn. I’m a true Medium and very flat chested so the top is too stretchy on me. Because of the ruched back I think it would easily fit size large, or a medium with larger than an A cup to fill it out lol. I am OBSESSED with this dress and am so sad it doesn’t fit - someone please rescue it and take a million pictures in it for me! The fabric is beautiful. The dress lining under is a mini skirt. Original price $88.
