Victorian Cameo. I am not a jewelry expert, but I can tell you this definitely does not look mass-produced. It appears to be actual carved ivory carved on black obsidian. In the pictures of the backside, you can see the obsidian rings. It will need to be polished; as you can see there is some green tarnishing. Measures approx 2.25 tall by 1.75 wide including the filigree.
