Here is a vintage 1930's Effanbee 20-inch Patsy Ann composition doll with a dark brown curly wig. This rare doll comes with an outfit, shoes, and is part of the Patsy Family franchise.
Patsy Ann is rarely found with a wig and open mouth with 4 teeth. I replaced her wig and gave her a vintage outfit and shoes. She had a previous restoration that included new fingers and toes on one side. Patsy Ann has some age related flaws like chipping (painted over and stabilized) and Mark’s here and there. Her blue sleep eyes work well. She’s a darling girl and will make a great addition to your collection.
With features like eyes that open and close, removable clothes, and being a one-of-a-kind (OOAK) collector's toy, this doll is a unique addition to any doll collection.
